
We are looking for two dedicated leaders to join our regional leadership team! If you have a passion for mentorship and want to ensure our programs remain strong, we want to hear from you.
1. Senior Training Coordinator (STC)
The STC serves as the chief administrator for the Outdoor Emergency Care Module of the Senior Program (OECMSP) within our region. This individual manages the overall execution and quality of the program.

Key Duties: Plan and schedule training clinics and final evaluations.
Administrative Oversight: Manage candidate documentation and course registration.
Team Support: You wonโt be alone! The STC is closely assisted by regional Trainer/Evaluators (TEs), the Regional OEC Administrator (ROA), and the Division OEC Supervisor.
Requirements: Must be an OEC Instructor in good standing. You must have successfully passed the OECMSP and completed the OECMSP Trainer/Evaluator Clinic.
2. Young Adult Patroller (YAP) Advisor
Focus on our next generation! This role is dedicated to supporting and growing the program for our high school members who are at least 15 years of age.
Mentorship: Provide guidance to local patrol YAP leads and advocate for young members.
Events: Help organize regional YAP training seminars and social events to build community and skills.
Impact: Create a clear pathway for students to become lifelong contributors to the National Ski Patrol.
